So, May isn't just about blooming flowers and sunny days; it's also Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to reflect and nurture our well-being.

To celebrate both Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian & Pacific American Heritage Month, we've put together a series of events that are close to our hearts:

DIMSUM X The Tao of Self-Confidence - May 17th, Washington D.C. Join us for an empowering session with Sheena Yap Chan, the incredible author behind "The Tao of Self-Confidence". Sheena's journey to inner confidence is truly inspiring, especially for us Asian women. Let's gather around the dim sum table, share some delicious bites, and soak in Sheena's wisdom. Oh, and don't forget to bring along your copy of her book for a special signing session!

DIMSUM X Data Therapy - May 21st, Chicago In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we're trying something a little different – Data Therapy! Calling all data professionals to come together, share our challenges, and support each other. I'm thrilled that Shamsa Jafri, a true leader in the data world, will be sharing her insights with us.

DIMSUM X Breath Work/Chakra Meditation - May 25th, Catonsville, Maryland Let's wrap up the month with some soulful rejuvenation led by the amazing Tom 'Rua' Williamson. Rua's breath work and chakra meditation sessions are transformative, and I can't wait for us to experience it together. Afterward, we'll replenish our energy with some mouthwatering dim sum at DIMSUM Palace.
